Terms, conditions & policies
1๐ Reservations & payment
Bookings are confirmed with a 50% deposit of the total; the remaining balance is paid at check-in. We accept bank transfer and the payment methods arranged with your advisor via WhatsApp.
A booking is only confirmed once the deposit is received and proof of payment is sent. Rates are per couple and include breakfast; additional guests are charged separately. Dome and cabin rates include the cleaning fee.
2๐ Cancellations & changes
- More than 8 days before the date: reschedule at no cost or request a 100% refund of the deposit paid.
- Between 3 and 7 days before: rescheduling subject to availability; the deposit is 80% refundable.
- Less than 48 hours or no-show: the deposit is 50% refundable.
Date changes are subject to availability and to the rate in effect for the new date.
3๐ Check-in & check-out
Check-in from 3:00 p.m. and check-out until 2:00 p.m. (the Iconic Cabin uses check-in 4:00 p.m. and check-out 1:00 p.m.). Late check-out is subject to availability and may carry an extra charge.
A valid ID is required on arrival. Access to the property is arranged in advance with your advisor.
4๐ฅ Guests, capacity & minors
Each accommodation has a maximum capacity that must be respected for safety and comfort. The additional guest fee is US$28 (adult) and US$15 (child) per night, and must be reported at booking.
Some domes and cabins are designed for couples. Unregistered guests are not allowed on the property.
5๐พ Pets
We are fully pet-friendly! Pets are welcome, as long as you let us know before your arrival so we can give you the best possible experience during your stay.
6๐ฟ House rules
- You're in a natural setting: let's care for the flora, fauna and common areas together.
- Quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. out of respect for other guests.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the domes and cabins. Fire is only used in designated areas (bonfires and enabled fireplaces).
- Responsible alcohol consumption is welcome; we reserve the right of admission in case of behavior that affects others.
7๐ ๏ธ Damages & liability
The guest is responsible for any damage or loss caused during their stay to the infrastructure, furniture or equipment. Any damage will be assessed and charged accordingly.
At check-in we request a security deposit of $100,000 COP (approx. US$25) covering any damage or issues caused during the stay. It is fully refunded at the end if the accommodation is returned without incident; if there is damage, the corresponding amount is deducted.
Aura Natural Glamping is not responsible for valuables left unattended. We recommend keeping your belongings safe.
8๐ Health, safety & insurance
We provide guest insurance for your peace of mind. Adventure activities (ATV, climbing, horseback riding) are guided and follow safety instructions; participation is at the guest's own responsibility and subject to suitable physical condition.
Please inform your advisor of any relevant medical condition before the activity.
9๐ Privacy & personal data
We handle your personal data in accordance with Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012 (Habeas Data). The information you share (name, phone, email) is used only to manage your booking and provide personalized service, and is not shared with third parties outside our operation.
By submitting the contact form and continuing via WhatsApp, you authorize the processing of your data for that purpose. You may request to update or delete it at any time.
10โฐ๏ธ Force majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond our control (extreme weather, emergencies, road closures) that prevent us from providing the service, we will offer to reschedule your stay at no cost, subject to availability.
